Hey look! An FO! haha. Mission complete. The giant square batt was dumped in the bath tub with soap and agitated. It turned in to a gigantic piece of felt that I let dry and cut into a “square-ish” shape. I say square-ish because the giant piece of felt was a bit wavy when it came out of the bathtub and being wavy it was a bit hard to cut. But who am I kidding, I can’t cut a straight line anyways. 
Now I have a nice sized lapgahn or just a big piece of felt to squeeze.
